There is some confusion over his father's name, but it appears that Vanbertus is grandson of Albero, Duke of the Moselle
(ID2521). There is some doubt as to Vanbertus being father of Gertrudis, too - the whole line seems fuzzy to me - AEM,
2/89.
Vanbertus married Blithilde [60417] [MRIN: 551616927], daughter of Cloderic “the Parricide” King of Cologne [60418] and Agilofinginne [60422].
