Individual:

"Guitol, Prince of Domnonée (Born c.AD 360) (Welsh-Gwidol, Latin-Vitalis, English-Videl) Th e early 5th century Prince Guitol is recorded in the Lives of Saint Winnoc and of Saint Judicael as the son of "Urbieni filii Catoui filii Gerentonis". Thus the rulers of the Continental Domnonée are shown to originate from the British Dumnonia. Unfortunately, however, it is chronologically impossible for Guitol to have been the grandson of King Cado ap Gerren of Dumnonia. It seems probable that Catoui is, in fact, a transcriptual error for Cononi. Conan Meriadoc was the son of Gereint ap Einudd, and his son was, of course, the great Breton King, Gradlon Mawr alias Urban. Upon Gradlon's death around AD 421, his kingdom, therefore, appears to have been divided amongst his sons in the usual Celtic manner. Saloman, as the eldest son, took the Breton heartland of Cornouaille and the over-kingship, while Guitol became the first Prince of Domnonée." From Britannia.com
