Margaret Rolle was the daughter of Dennis Rolle and Margaret Poulett .1 She married, firstly, Sir John Acland, 3rd Bt., son of Sir John Acland, 1st Bt. and Elizabeth Vincent, circa 1654.1 She married, secondly, Henry Ayshford after 1655.2 She died circa 1673.2 She died intestate and her estate was administered on 25 November 1673.2
Her married name became Acland. From after 1655, her married name became Ayshford.2
