(b. before 1765; d. 14 April 1829), ca. 1780; lived at Leesburg, Loudoun Co., Va.; appears on tax rolls of Loudoun Co., Va., 1783-88; migrated to Allegany Co., Md., 1795-96; owned land Hampshire Co., Va.,
