"Father of W.J. Langstroth Passes At Stratford"
A former resident of Seaforth for over 30 years but for the past 16 years a resident of Forest, Isaac Langstroth, died at the home of his daughter, Mrs George Wade, Stratford, on Saturday. He was 81 years of age. Born in Lancashire, England, he came to Canada when he was 19 years of age and first went toBlyth, where he stayed for some time, after moving to Clinton. Surviving are his widow, formerly Hannah Hill of Oxford County; two daughters,Mrs. A. Gillatly and mrs. George Wade of Stratford, and on son William J. Langstroth of Ingersoll.
...another obit in the "Huron Expositor" also mentions "He was a foreman with the Broadfoot and Box Furniture Co. for some years...was a member of the Anglican Church...

Isaac married Hannah Hill [39513] [MRIN: 551618332], daughter of Calvin Gibbs Hill [39595] and Mary (Polly) Rowley [39594], on 14 Oct 1873 in Woodstock, Oxford County, Ontario, Canada. (Hannah Hill [39513] was born on 10 Aug 1849 in Ontario, Canada, died on 2 May 1934 in Seaforth, Ontario, Canada and was buried in Maitland Bank Cemetary, Seaforth, , Ontario, Canada.)
