Baronetcy aquired in 1684 from Charles II. Bethersdon Chutes are extinguished at the death of Sir George. Name spelled as"Choute".
Will: The records of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury (PCC)are held at the Public Record Office. They are also availableon film at LDS Family History Centres. This was the principal court for the whole of southern England and Wales. Many people from Kent had wills proved at this court.
