ABRAHAM DANIEL SHANK DIES AT LAGRANGE HOME
Abraham Daniel Shank passed away at his home on South Poplar
Street in this city at 9:00 o'clock this forenoon after
suffering since last fall with a cancer on his face. he was 73
years and five months of age.
The funeral will be held at the home at 2:00 o'clock Sunday
afternoon.
Mr. Shank is survived by the widow, three daughters and a son,
Mrs Ora Deter of laGrange, Mrs William McKenzie of Elkhard, Mrs
Cecil J. Rayle of Belmore, Ohio and W.W. Shank of South Bend.
another child died in infancy.
The deceased was a life long resident of LaGrange. He was
employed at the local lumber yard for some years and had been a
hard worker.
