I'm researching the third wife of James Clarke /OSTRANDER/ b. 11 Jul 1820 Short Hills, Thorold, Ontario,
Canada d. bef 1901 census and buried at Jackson Cemetery, Norfolk County,Middleton Township, Ontario, Canada
James as you have was first married to Nancy /MABEE/ b. 1819 d. 1861 and burried with her husband at Jackson by my records.
He then married a girl named Mary no information found and then to my line via Maria Louisa /PEARCE/ b. 15 Jul 1837 Ohio 8311-89 James Clark OSTRANDER, 70, widower, farmer, Thorold, Middleton, s/o Isaac & Nancy, married Louisa HANEY, 47, widow, Ohio, Middleton, d/o John & Ellen, witn: John OSTRANDER of Middleton, 24 Sept 1888 at Middleton
Maria was alive and listed incorrectly as Louise Ostrander in the 1901 ontario census for Norfolk, Middleton Township which you can find here for free at Automatedgenealogy.com
