Under Perth Burke says that she is the daughter of the 2nd Lord Ruthven, but
Burke also says the 2nd Lord Ruthven was unmarried and had no issue!
The Complete Peerage says she is the daughter of th 2nd Lord Ruthven.

Lilias married David Drummond 2nd Lord Drummond [29486] [MRIN: 13461], son of Walter Drummond Master of Drummond [29482] and Elizabeth Graham [29484]. (David Drummond 2nd Lord Drummond [29486] was born between 1515 and 1517 and died in 1602.)
