Knight of the Garter . On accepting the accession of Henry VII he surrendered his claim to the Dukedom of Suffolk. Degraded 1500. Beheaded 1513.

Edmund married Margaret Scrope Countess Suffolk [17156] [MRIN: 8178], daughter of Richard Scrope Sir [3449] [LC8L-1RR] and Eleanor Washbourne [8793], before 10 Oct 1496. (Margaret Scrope Countess Suffolk [17156] died in Feb 1514 and was buried in Church of the Minories, without Aldgate.)
